Lake Monger is one of Perth’s absolute favourite park destinations, just minutes from the centre of Leederville in West Leederville. A picturesque lake, home to spectacular birdlife including dozens of black swans, which are a delight to see, especially when they have a family of cygnets in tow. There’s plenty of playground and exercise equipment, barbecues and a walk trail around the lake that you’ll share with walkers, prams, joggers, cyclists and plenty of dogs.

How to get there from The Murray Hotel
Leederville is just a five minute drive from the hotel – straight down Thomas St and left into Leederville Parade and you’re there.
